Buyer will not confirm delivery

I mailed a football card out via UPS. I confirmed delivery to include a photo and everything. I have asked the buyer to confirm the delivery and he will not respond to me. What do I do?

Buyers have no way nor need to confirm delivery.

The tracking number is what shows delivery!
