Buyer who doesn't want to pay
I have a person win a .99 cent auction. After they won they contacted me and said they didn't like the shipping cost and the way I have it set up to pay within a certain period of time. He said if the payment goes through he will leave me negative feedback. I am currently at 100% and would like to keep it that way. Any help would be appreciated. Im relatively new to this. Thank you.
