Buyer wasn't refunded full amount, even though I sent full amount
Buyer paid $694.25 for an item that was $640, I refunded all amounts in my funds from ebay, which gave him $591.20, meaning he's missing that $103.05.
He bought the product, then I printed shipping label, then he cancelled and I issued refund via "buyer cancelled." Will this charge my card the $103.05? It says "Outstanding amount due

Mentor1 month agoYou should be fine. The $591.20 was your net proceeds after eBay deducted fees and other amounts from the transaction. It was not the total amount the buyer paid.
When you canceled the order using "buyer canceled," eBay handles the full refund to the buyer, including applicable taxes collected by eBay, and eligible selling fees are credited back to you.
If your account currently shows "Outstanding amount due $0.00," there is no additional $103.05 showing as owed from your card.
