Buyer wasn't charged for shipping costs
A recent sale didn't charge the buyer the full amount necessary for shipping. The listing included 4 wheels. Shipping calculations only included cost for shipping 1 of the 4 wheels. Shipping was not included in the price. It was contingent on destination. Why wasn't the buyer charged the whole shipping cost? They were only charged for 1 label instead of all 4. The remainder was deducted from my payout instead of being charged to them. This significantly cuts into what I received. The HELP function has a record of when I asked and it told me to request additional labels, so I did what it instructed me to do.

You set your item up as a single set of 4 wheels, so the quantity is 1. The shipping info you entered needed to be the cost to ship all 4, not a single piece of the set.
