Buyer was rude and harsh in their communication with me.
Buyer was rude and harsh in communicating with me. The pictures did not look like they were my shoes. Upon returning to my home in Houston I pulled up pictures taken of these shoes when I acquired them on December 8, 2021 and it clearly shows that these are not my shoes. I will be happy to send additional pictures. But I do not choose to communicate with this Buyer any further. I will let eBay make the decision on what I should do.

Mentor2 years ago@bdazzledresale If the buyer files a refund request saying that the item is not as described then you need to accept the return and issue the return shipping label. Buyers have 30 days from the date of delivery to file the refund request.
If you do not accept the return willingly then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund. You do not get your seller's fees back, you get a defect and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item. eBay WILL rule in the buyers favor as there is no way to prove that what you shipped was the same item as in the photo.
If the buyer abuses the eBay MBG in some way then you can report them but it doesn't get your money back:

Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
