Buyer was required to pay more postage cost at the post office to receive their package
A customer contacted me and stated that his post office wanted a additional $6.95 for a pre paid ground advantage envelope that weighs 1 ounce , shipping was paid on check out, the customer was un willing to question the post office as to why he just wanted me to pay the extra cost which I would not do with out an explanation
