buyer was refunded, how do I get my product back

I refunded the buyer his money for the product. Whats the next step to get product delveried back? How does that work?

Typically if you want the item back, you issue a return shipping label and wait for the item to be returned before refunding. Once you have refunded, the buyer cannot be forced to send the item back, and any links to a return label stop working, as eBay will assume you do not want to pay for return shipping if you refund before the label is used.

Contact the buyer and see if the buyer is willing to return the item if you provide a prepaid label outside of eBay.

You don't When you refund before you get the item back the buyer gets to keep the item. You can purchase a label and message it to them through eBay but they are not required to send it back.
