buyer was refunded even with correct item sent
Mistakenly sent the wrong item to a buyer. They contacted me, I gave them a return label and sent them the correct item. They received the correct item, but Ebay still gave them a full refund. How can you correct this if the buyer is not responding? They basically got the item for free.

OP7 months agoI wish I could, since Ebay did the auto-refund, they also closed the case so there's no where for me to appeal or provide the documentation you mentioned. The kicker is the Buyer is no longer repsonding to my messages about how to rectify this.
