Buyer was refunded and didn't send the item back

Question

I sold a dress and the buyer said it didn't match the pictures. It's actually the manufacturer pictures so it's an exact match.

Regardless, eBay refunded her money and I have not received the item dress back.

I have talked with her several times and she keeps giving me excuses.

I honestly think she's going to keep the dress and the returned money!

I'm so upset.

Unfortunately, eBay can not force the buyer to return the dress. If eBay had to step in and refund the buyer, they may have told here she did not have to return it - when you don't handle a return request, eBay can assume that you do not want the item returned.

She probably does not have a return shipping label, since the refund closes the return. Try politely explaining that you do want the dress returned, and ask if she has the return label.
