buyer was charged the wrong amount

I sent an offer to a buyer who accepted however Ebay charged them the full price. How should i handle the price difference?

That can happen if the buyer mistakenly used the "buy it now" link rather than the offer link. I have done that myself; it is easy to hit the button you are used to hitting rather than the one you are not, especially if you are not paying full attention.

As the seller, you can voluntarily give the buyer a partial refund for the difference between the offer amount and the full price.
