Buyer wants upgraded shipping
Buyer won the bid and wants to upgrade shipping to priority. I can't figure out how to upgrade shipping. Thought it would be on Buyers end when they pay?

The buyer can only select from the shipping services that you offer.
You can set up a listing for them to purchase, like this one -
