Buyer wants to shop more. They may check out early. Autopay at Jul 25 7:00pm PDT.
The buyer won the auction on July 18 and has an autopay of 7/25. I reached out to the buyer to no answer. I've seen these 2 prior times, once the buyer paid and once not. I think i found somewhere where Ebay is trying to help out with the buyers not paying but to me this is weird. On my current example that would be 7 days after winning the auction and Ebay says they have 4 days. Just very weird and doesn't seem to help. (1 out of 2 so far paid and now one more in the waiting).

Autopay is when you as a seller require buyers to provide a payment method before making a bid or offer.
The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If you require buyers to provide a payment method prior to bidding AND allow combined shipping in your account settings then the buyer may choose to keep bidding for 7 days before paying. This is a change that many auction sellers asked for. You can read about the 7 days to pay for combined shipping on auctions here>
