Buyer wants to return needlepoint kit bc she doesn't like the yarn
Sold a needlepoint kit, nos, now she wants to return it bc she feels the yarn is too thick, even though photos show clearly the yarn belongs with the kit.

What is the EXACT reason used on the return request? A not a described reason such as doesn't match pictures OR didn't like it etc...
