Buyer wants to return my item
Hi All
I had a listing finish, the buyer paid and I sent the item. Once the buyer received it, they claimed I changed the listing and was misleading them (which I didn't). I agreed to return their payment anyway and sent the shipping label. They have yet to ship my item back. Am I obligated to do anything else? They have another 12 days to return my item. If they don't, eBay says I don't have to return their money since I didn't get my item back. If it goes that far, I'm guessing they will complain again.

Mentor5 months agoIf the buyer does not return the item by the deadline specified, Ebay will close the return request and you will not have to refund.
