buyer wants to return model kit
I sold an factory sealed AMT KC-135 model kit to a buyer who has 0 feedback.
One he received the kit he stats that is is missing the engines and he can't build the kit without them.
As I stated, the kit was factory sealed, sold with no returns accepted, an now he want a full refund.
If I refund him, I'm getting a opened, plundered kit which I have no idea if or what he may have needed and taken out.
I need some advice ....PLEASE.
I have sold and bought on EBAY for over 30 years with 100% positive feedback and have no idea how to respond.
Looks like I have three days.....
