Buyer wants to return item
so this is what’s going on someone bought an item for me with a screen and they’re saying that it turns on, but it’s flickering and then after 30 minutes it shuts off when I know I sold them a perfectly fine product and then they also said in there that they purchased an item and it was defective, but they’ve re-purchased the same item and it was just fine from me so they’re saying that they bought both products from me when I only sold them one product ever and I only sold one product of what they bought ever and they’re saying they bought two of the same thing for me when I only had one for sale
