buyer wants to return defective item even though i stated the defect in the auction
I sold a digital camera in excellent condition, except the battery door doesn't latch. It doesn't fly open, but it won't "click" latch. I described this issue TWICE in two different places in the auction and I put in many pictures of the camera, at all angles, including the battery compartment and latch. The buyer wants to RETURN the camera, because it's damaged!!! I've emailed him 3 times trying to reason with him, but no reply. Should I let ebay decide what to do, or will they side with the buyer and I have to accept the return? I do state no returns in my auctions, but there is the "guarantee" that ebay stands by. Thanks.
