buyer wants to return computer after replacing parts
Hello,
I sold a tested desktop computer recently and the buyer had problems with it when it arrived.
He claimed there was no chime, no video, and he immediately replaced the CPU and memory, within a few minutes of receiving and starting it up.
Now, he wants to replace the original parts and return for a full refund. He's threatening negative feedback.
Looking for advice from sellers who may have experienced a similar situation and how they handled it.
