buyer wants to return baking dish claims it has chips but I know it didn't have chips when I sent it
The buyer contacted me 29 days after the purchase date. I asked for pictures of the item and yes I see little chips but the pictures really does not match the item I sold her. Same Corningware baker but I feel this one she is sending pictures of is not mine. What can I do as the seller?

If they file a return request Accept the return. Get the item back.
If the Buyer was not being honest use the Report Buyer link on the Sold item.
Depending on what happens you may be able to take advantage of eBay's Seller protections: Seller protections | eBay
Your No returns accepted setting is useless if the Buyer uses a number of return reasons that eBay allows that will FORCE YOU to pay for a return shipping label and refund within 2 days of getting the item back. You may as well learn that now. That policy is the default setting on eBay's listings tools and sends the wrong message to both Sellers (thinking they are protected against anything being returned) and Buyers (you may be missing sales from inexperienced Buyers see that policy and pass you buy for another Seller).
