Buyer wants to return an item
Buyer bought a necklace. She immediately contacted me saying she wanted to cancel the order which she had not yet paid for. I told her it would cancel automatically as long as she didn’t pay.
She did pay for it. I asked her why and she said she didn’t want the non payment to go against her.
im new to EBay and i don’t know how to cancel( and now refund ) an order. Help!
also, this feels suspicious. Shes sending notes at 4 in the morning and obliquely threatening to leave negative feedback.
any help will be appreciated

-She is right about the non-payment issue, if she did not pay and you cancelled on day 5 her account would get an unpaid item strike. 2 in one year and she would have trouble buying on eBay
-Since she asked you to cancel you can use the drop down menu on the item in your Awaiting shipment file and select Cancel. You will select one of three reasons, please select "Buyer requested ..." and process the cancellation. No penalty for either account to do that: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
-Her threat to leave you negative Feedback can be perceived as Feedback Extortion so if for some reason she leaves less than Positive FB you can have it removed: Feedback extortion policy | eBay
Once you finish the cancellation you can add the Buyer to your Blocked list on this page, you are allowed to add 5,000 members on that list: Buyer management | eBay
