Buyer wants to return a phone as faulty because it's locked to a network
I sold a phone that clearly said that it was locked to T-Mobile, in multiple places. Someone bought it, and now wants to return it as faulty, because it's locked to T-Mobile!
Due to ebay's return policies it was auto-accepted. Is there anything I can do?
