buyer wants to return a item

Question

I sold a womens top, pictures with size tags, also stated measurements in description, buyer wants to return and uses the reason Not as described. This is not right, so in other words, the term All sales final does not apply

I sell seasonal clothing, I do not want it back after 2 months, if a buyer does not read the full description, and decides it does not fit, can simple state not as described, which is false, and the seller has to pay shipping, simply is not fair to the seller. I have nothing to hide, I just like to move out my merchandise as the season dictates

All Sales Final just makes the seller feel good putting it in their listing, thinking it means something.

Buyers know when a seller doesn't accept returns, all they have to do is file an INAD to return it and get a refund.

The MBG overrules anything you put in your description.

I see your account goes back as far as 2011 ... many long time Sellers know:

-eBay provides work arounds for items listed with No returns accepted ... which happens to be an INAD return (Item not as described). Seller is forced to pay the return shipping ... same with an "Arrived damaged" claim.

-Anything a Seller puts in their description is meaningless, it all comes down to eBay's return processes that are in place. Granted some Buyers may think what is there applies but experienced Buyers do not.

-It sounds like you have an experienced Buyer or at least one who knows how to work the system
