Buyer wants to return a fitbit charger but issue is with their battery. Wants full refund.

@kj1236   tell them to open a return item case and once u receive the item back, u will issue the refund. if u don't accept the return request, ebay will refund, charge u for it and let the buyer keep the item. if u offer free returns, u can deduct up to 50% if the item is sent back differently than when u sent it.
