Buyer wants to return
The buyer purchases 3 of the same item. The volume says 3 available. The discount says buy 1, 2, 3 get a volume discount. He/she is saying that they paid $40/for 3 items because I showed 3 of the available fittings on the picture. He is saying that he needs 9 and wanted to buy 3x3 at $40/each. How does ebay program allow him to purchase 9 when all available was 3? How is this my fault and that I will be paying penalty? Can someone please help me understand this? Thank you.

Mentor8 months agoI looked at the listing. The photo in the first position is what is available. If you state 3 available, that means you have 3 sets of the first photo. You are charging $40 for that item shown in the first photo. If the buyer states s/he wants to purchase 3, that means 3 sets, each for $40, so $120 for the 3 sets.
You will need to file a Cancellation due to Out of Stock.
