Buyer wants to return
So buyer wants to return an item, its electronic item for appliance. He purchased item and it didnt fix his issue becayse he misdiagnosed his repair. Now wanting to return for refund but item will now not be new and its not “defective†as he stated its because he didnt know what he is doing. I posted in comments no returns because its electrical and people constantly guess what is needed. Any way to prevent this?
