Buyer wants to remove negative feedback they left
I buyer who left negative feedback for me almost 6 months ago contacted me saying they wanted to remove that negative mark. eBay says any feedback over 90 days cannot be changed. That seems wrong for several reasons, but has anyone been in a similar situation? If I call eBay or the buyer contacts eBay is there any chance this can be changed? Thanks!
