buyer wants to pickup locally, but I didn't offer that option.
the buyer just bought 5 items and asked if he could pick them up locally. But I did not have that as an option on my listings. I am okay with this but I don't know how to mark the orders as having been fulfilled and delivered. He already paid for the shipping cost on 4 of the 5 items.

Mentor1 year ago@gotstu81. You will need to cancel the orders as problem with buyers address.
Refund the buyer. Relist with local pickup only and the buyer purchases again.
This is the only way you will have proof of delivery.
The buyer will receive a QR code and a 6 digit code. You can scan the QR Code on the App after selecting arrange delivery OR enter the 6 digit code next to the sold item on the orders page.
There will be a code for each item.
