Buyer wants to pickup at terminal - FedEx said they can't without Ebay account number
Been dealing with a headache of a buyer want to authorize the item to be held at a terminal, but FedEx won't authorize that without the third party shipping account number IE: eBay labels. I can't get anyone from ebay on the phone because of my store level. The shipping was about $100 dollars and can't get any customer service.
