Mentor1 year agoSellers are required to ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. The only thing you can do is cancel the transaction with the reason problem with buyer's address. You would then relist and have the buyer purchase it again. Let the buyer know this is the only way to do this.
This is to maintain your seller protection. If you change the address, the buyer could open a not received case and win if you didn't ship to the address provided.
