Buyer wants to change the address
I sold an item and the buyer wants to change the address and asked If it is too late to make that change. I told her I would check. How do I go about allowing her to change the shipping location since she has already purchased the item?

The safest thing for you to do is this. Cancel the sale and relist, let the buyer purchase again using the correct shipping address.

The best way to manage this is to
1) Communicate with the buyer
2) Cancel the sale for "problem with buyer's address",
3) Relist your item, and
4) Send the new listing number to the buyer so they can buy it again.

You are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay and it cannot be changed.
If you have verified that it is actually your buyer making the request, you can cancel the transaction due to problem with buyer's address then relist so the buyer can repurchase the item using the correct address.
