Buyer wants to cancel the order

Question

Hi, a buyer wants to cancel the order once paid last Saturday with the sale. Item was scheduled to ship this morning but I was still in time to stop the despatch.

I was wondering if cancelling the order from my end as seller will affect my seller standards as I see the buyer is supposed to ask Ebay to cancel the order. I tried to contact Ebay help but didn't succeed to get through the chat support. Don't understand why no access to the chat. I'm from Europe. Can any one give any suggestion?

Cancel the transaction, choose "at buyer's request" and it will not affect your seller status. Go to Orders in Seller Hub or in My eBay Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions , select Cancel order . Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
