Buyer wants to cancel return they started.
They're asking for a partial refund instead. That works for me, but I've started the return label process. How can I cancel the return?

Mentor5 months agoYou, as the seller, cannot cancel the return. The buyer has to do it. S/he can go to the returns request and click the cancel/close option. Then you can make the partial refund.
