Buyer wants to cancel purchase after auction closes

Question

What recourse is there to collect payment from a buyer who won the auction after having increased their bid more than 20 bids but then requests to cancel claiming they didnâ€™t mean to bid?

You can cancel the transaction using the reason that the buyer requested it or you can wait until day 5 and cancel the transaction for non-payment. In that case, the buyer will earn an unpaid item strike on his account.
