Buyer wants to cancel order on a Local Pick Only order
Buyer purchased a local pickup only item, and buyer knew it was local pickup only at time of purchase. Buyer wanted seller to ship item, and seller said NO. Seller setup 2 appointments for buyer to pick up the item, and buyer was a NO SHOW on both appointments. Now after 4 weeks buyer wants to cancel the order. Does Seller have to Cancel the order.????
