Buyer wants to cancel order item has been shipped?
Hello, Buyer purchased the item on the 17th of July. They requested to cancel on the 18th. When I got their message I had already purchased a label and posted it. I could accept the return but I would be out of pocket for shipping. I'm not sure what to do. Obviously, I don't want to sell something someone does not want. I do not want to be out of pocket. I do not want to receive negative feedback. Thanks.

Mentor3 years agoAdvise the buyer that you had already shipped the item and it's on the way. Let them know that they can return it for a refund of the item price (not including shipping as that money was already spent for the the shipping label).
