Buyer wants to cancel order after I shipped the item out
I’m the seller and I received an offer from a buyer. I counter the offer and they accepted the offer and they paid like normal. Then I pack and ship it out and then they sent me a message saying they want to cancel the order. This order is also an international shipping too. Just wondering , once it arrives in Illinois warehouse can my order be returned or does it need to be fully shipped to the buyer. The buyer is in Australia too. Thanks

An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. I see nothing in the policy that toffees a way for the hub to cancel the second leg of shipping.
