It’s usually best to cancel under these circumstances.
You have 28 days to cancel/void the shipping label. You will be refunded by USPS in 2-4 weeks.
And put the buyer on your Blocked Bidders List so that they don’t do this to you again.

Mentor1 year agoOK cancel the purchase and then cancel the shipping label. Go to the order section of your seller hub and click on the shipping label link. Cancel the label and the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used. This will take 21 days and the carrier will notify eBay that a refund is allowed.
