Buyer wants to cancel order

Buyer wants to cancel order. I have bought the shipping label but have not shipped yet and when I try to cancel order it is setting me up to refund but the funds have not been released to me yet

Void the label.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.

Then cancel as buyer requested. You will need to round the refund, then eBay will release the original payment to you,
