Buyer wants to cancel item, after label has been printed
Buyer asked question, I responded, they paid. I printed shipping label. They want to cancel item. Ebay has already told them they cannot cancel. It is Sunday and I have not shipped item yet. What do I do??

You can cancel the order and void the shipping label since you have not shipped and used the label. It is best to do that then ship to a buyer who no longer wants the item and deal with a return.
To void the label: Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 5 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

You can cancel the order using the reason buyer requested.
