Buyer wants to cancel - I need unused postage refunded by Ebay
My buyer wants to cancel her purchase of a $65 purse. I was ready to mail it off when she contacted me. She had made an offer of $65 with a small note ‘free shipping’ . Offers don’t work like that…so she was charged $15 shipping. I was still fine with her canceling…BUT I was already charged $14 by EBay for the shipping label - which is unused and I had not even printed it ad yet. So… i need to request the postage refund from EBay…OR lower the refund amount to the buyer. I don’t want to be out of pocket $14 because of her cancelation that was not my fault.

The refund takes about 3 weeks to receive.
