Hello - Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.Buyer decided she did not want item after I had wrapped item and printed a shipping label.I verifed with Buyer that she wanted to cancel. "Yes" she does.When nothing worked to cancel the sale, due to my 1) already having printed shipping label and 2) the order screen reading "already Canceled" - The order is still not canceled.I canceled the Shipping Label, in hopes I would enable the order to be canceled, however it is sending warnings...
