buyer wants to cancel an order
My listing said NO RETURNS, but the buyer has paid and requested a cancellation because he found a better price after the purchase. It was 300, but my take was 220 after fees. I only have 220 in my ebay account to refund the seller, and eBay wants to charge my credit card for the balance. I haven't sent the package yet. I will reluctantly cancel the order, but not at a cost. That's ridiculous. Why doesn't eBay just refund the money and leave me out of it?

It's frustrating when someone cancels.
The refund comes from your available funds and also some is refunded by eBay to cover your eBay fees.
The buyer's money will be released to you after the refund.
I wish eBay would just cancel it easily.
It's still better to cancel as you still have your item to list again.
If you ship, you could lose your item to an unhappy buyer.
