Buyer wants to cancel after I have paid for shipping label
Buyer has reached out and asked me to cancel an order after I have purchased the shipping label but before I have dropped the item with the post office. I don't mind canceling, but will that refund the entire purchase amount or can I keep the shipping cost since I paid for it?

Mentor11 months agoCancel the transaction, which will also do a full refund. Then void the shipping label, which will credit that amount back to your account. Void the label here:
