buyer wants to cancel a purchase

Question

Bought a used engine after I made an offer. Pictures were not very good and after carefully looking again and some research, I found this was a Chinese copy of a trusted brand(Honda). I never knew copies existed. It was described as a Honda. I requested seller cancel order , he offered me another engine, also a knockoff, but I declined and he agreed to cancel sale- item had not shipped. It has been several days and nothing has happened. What are my options?
