hi i need help, what would you guys do if you got A buyer asking for a product then shooting you prices to buy, then finally buys it at your price but later wants to cancel supposably for error buying he says.

You can cancel the transaction without a "Defect" being added to your seller account. In a situation like this, you are allowed to use "Buyer Requested" as the reason:
"Sellers aren't allowed to abuse the order cancellation process. A seller should never cancel an order and select an incorrect cancellation reason, including falsely claiming that the buyer failed to pay."
Click on the eBay > Unpaid item policy.

Cancel. Block the buyer from further purchase. Re-list the item.
If you don’t cancel, the buyer may well return the item. Then, you’ll be fully refunding them and paying for the return shipping.
Why put yourself through that?
Cancel citing “buyer requested†and move on.
This costs you nothing (all fees will be refunded).
