Buyer wants to cancel
Hi, I sold an item yesterday and the buyer paid and now wants to cancel. I am happy to cancel the transaction but as I am not very experienced at selling I wondered if the fees are automatically cancelled? So if I refund the full amount I won't still have to pay the fee on the cancelled sale? Thanks and appreciate any advice.

Mentor3 years agoYes, if you file a cancellation with Buyer Request, you will fully refund the buyer, and ebay will credit you back the FVF that was charged. If you paid for any extra optional listing features (such as subtitle and reserve) those fees are not credited.
