buyer wants some money sent back
hello,
I sold an item here to a buyer, he offered a price, I countered and he agreed. he asked if i could downgrade shipping to save on the cost but I told him I could not. now the buyer keeps messaging me asking for some money to be sent back. I already shipped item out. Not sure what to do from here.

When a buyer makes an offer and you accept, it is for price of item. The shipping is as stated on the listing page.
Your buyer has no grounds to ask for a partial refund.

OP3 years agothe buyer kept asking for something back so i blocked him and then he gave me a negative review saying i stole his item and blocked him. i just shipped the item out and told him i did so ( the item hasn't arrived yet he just purchased the item 2 days prior). now ebay wont remove the feedback after they supposedly reviewed it. i have reported this buyer but haven't heard back from anyone yet.

You can reply to the feedback.
"Unfair feedback. Item in transit to buyer." or something to that effect.
