buyer wants return because they ordered wrong item
I am a first time seller. I sold an item that has a right and a left orientation. I said I had the right side. They bought it and now say they needed the left side and bought by mistake. Ebay says I don't have to accept the return. I'm not sure what to do. How do all the fees that I was charged work? Will Ebay return those and taxes too? She will have to pay for shipping
