Buyer wants refund for used shirt listed as XXL says it must have shrank doesn't fit like XXL
I listed my husband's used shirt, as used, size XXLT, without giving any measurements. Buyer did not request measurements . Buyer now says: "Item has been washed and has shrunk no longer an xxlt. Please refu8nd under ebay buyers protection as this was not in the description that the item is smaller than its original size."
What would you do?

Has the buyer filed a Return Request, and if so, what was the reason they chose?
"Doesn't fit" doesn't qualify under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.

Mentor2 years agoThen you will need to approve the Return Request, provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a refund after you receive the returned item.
