Buyer wants refund for a phone that he has sent to Guatemala.
All through the auction he kept offering $45, twice offering a little more for a phone that I had listed for $75. He got the phone for $65. I added wired Samsung ear buds and 2 like new cases and 1 a little faded.
He now wants a refund , he sent the phone to a relative in Guatemala. I have 100% feedback and would not jeopardize that. I always keep my phones in cases, so there was no damage noticed my me. His relative says the phone doesn't work and had dings on it. I am assuming he didn't package the phone for shipping as well as I did. I kept that phone charged and check that it would power up without having to access it and have to clear all data again. I am more than willing to pay return postage from his Miami address, and refund his money. I don't feel I should pay postage for it to be returned from Guatemala. I cannot find any help in the sellers section. Does anyone have any ideas.

Nicely explain to the buyer that you are more than happy to issue a return label shipping from his delivery address in Miami. He is responsible for the shipping from Guatemala.
